Eighteen years of clients. Across six sectors.

We've been delivering production systems since 2008 — for hospitals, grant-making bodies, law firms, financial platforms, manufacturing, and consumer eCommerce. A selection of engagements is below, organised by sector.

A wooden studio archive shelf at dusk, holding stacked archive boxes labelled with years from 2008 onward and rows of bound technical reports — a single open binder showing a hand-drawn architecture diagram on the desk in foreground, lit by a brass tungsten lamp.

How we deliver

The track record didn't move. The cadence did.

Two delivery shapes coexist in the studio. The waterfall era still patches systems written a decade ago. The AI-era cadence ships something every week against a real eval.

2008–2024 · waterfall slow loop
  • Months to first prototype.
  • Big-bang release at the end.
  • QA at the tail, not the loop.
  • Black-box to the buyer.
  • Handover, then radio silence.
still in production · still maintained
2024–live · ai-era tight loop
  • 2–3 weeks to first crew.
  • Weekly cadence, weekly ship.
  • Eval on every commit, no exceptions.
  • Auditable trace per run.
  • Crew tending continues post-ship.

Delivery cycle

Six steps. One human gate.

Every engagement runs the same loop — old era or new. The first three steps close in week one. Build, gate, support carry the rest.

The diagnostic week ends with crew shape, eval plan, and weekly cadence on the table. Production gate is non-skippable. Long-term support is what 2008 systems and 2026 crews have in common.

Our flagship engagement is written up in full at /case-studies/ — the WaterDoctor agentic build. For everything else on this page, the diagnostic week is where we share names, references, and the architecture in detail.
