We are wGrow Technologies, a Singapore software studio founded in 2008. We built our reputation on government, MNC, and SME engagements where systems had to be secure, audited, and supported for a decade. In 2025 we re-formed around AI agents — not because the field was new, but because we'd been running production agent loops for a year and the leverage was undeniable.
The studio rule we keep coming back to: the boring parts compound. Encryption. Audit logs. Eval harnesses. Long-term support. None of these are romantic. All of them are why our 2008 systems are still in production, and why our 2026 agent crews don't embarrass the people who buy them.
Twenty years in IT delivery, much of it as a solution architect. NUS School of Computing (2002), SMU Master's (2010). Now spends most days running our embedded delivery crew and arguing with the agents.
